Information Communication Technology In English Language Teaching ( ICT in ELT ) is the activities of using technologies such as computer, internet, and other telecommunications media ( radio, tv, smartphones ) to communicate, create, and disseminate, store and manage information in English language teaching and learning.

4. Insufficient policy and institutional
5. Incomplete facility and technological support of ICT
